2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication within the 14-day period, clearly indicating your intention to withdraw. The communication may be sent by email or by registered letter to the contacts indicated on our website.

3. Return of the Product

The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging and complete with all accessories. Shipping costs for the return shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund

After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will refund the amount paid, including the initial shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery, as well as to customised or made-to-measure products.
